Android & mobile app development, shipped to the store

Native and cross-platform mobile apps — from booking and commerce to customer-facing tools — taken through to Play Store and App Store deployment.

We build mobile apps for businesses that genuinely need one — booking and commerce apps, customer-facing tools, and internal apps that replace a manual process — and take them all the way through store submission and launch.

The first conversation we have is usually about whether you need an app at all. A fast, responsive website or web app covers a surprising number of requirements at a fraction of the cost. A native app earns its budget when you need the app store as a distribution channel, offline use, push notifications, or deep device features. We'll tell you honestly which side of that line you're on.

When an app is the right answer, we scope a genuine version one: the core flows that deliver value, built properly, launched, and then grown on the basis of what real users actually do rather than what the original spec assumed.

What you get

Concrete outcomes, not vague promises.

How it works

A clear path from first call to live.

  1. 01

    Scope

We define the core flows for version one — the smallest app that delivers real value.

  2. 02

    Build

Design and development in short cycles, with installable test builds you can try on a real device.

  3. 03

    Harden

Auth, payments, and edge cases are tested before we go anywhere near the store.

  4. 04

    Ship

We handle store submission, review, and launch — and stay on for post-launch fixes.

Who it's for

Is this a fit for you?

  • Businesses that need a customer-facing app, not just a website
  • Founders validating a mobile product idea
  • Teams replacing a manual process with an internal app
In detail

What's actually included.

The right platform decision

For most business apps, a cross-platform build gives you Android and iOS from a single codebase, which means a faster launch and a lower cost of ownership. Where performance or deep device integration matters, we go native. We recommend based on your case, not on what we'd prefer to build.

The backend, properly built

Most apps are only as good as the API behind them. We build the data layer, authentication, and integrations on the same modern stack we use for web — with access control designed in from the start, so one user's data can never leak into another's.

Payments and subscriptions

Razorpay for Indian businesses, Stripe for global, plus in-app purchase flows where the stores require them. Webhooks, failure states, and reconciliation handled properly — the parts that quietly break when payments are rushed.

Store submission handled

Play Store and App Store setup, listing assets, review submission, and responding to anything the stores flag. Store review is a genuine project step that catches teams out; we take it on rather than handing you a build file.

Life after launch

Operating systems update and apps break. We hand over a maintainable codebase and can stay on for updates, fixes, and the next set of features once real usage tells you what they should be.

Context

Building for Indian users and devices

Android dominates in India, and a large share of users are on mid-range devices with variable connectivity. We build and test accordingly — reasonable app size, graceful behaviour on a weak connection, and no assumption that everyone is on a flagship phone.

Payments and messaging also look different here. Razorpay and UPI flows, and WhatsApp as a notification and support channel, are usually more relevant to an Indian audience than the defaults a US-centric template would ship with.

What it costs

Honest pricing, up front.

App projects are quoted after scoping, because cost is driven almost entirely by feature count and backend complexity. These are the prevailing ranges in India:

TierTypical range (India)What it buys
Simple app / MVP₹1,50,000 – ₹5,00,000A handful of screens, basic backend, possibly login. Good for validating an idea.
Mid-complexity₹5,00,000 – ₹12,00,000Accounts, payments, real backend, admin panel, notifications, both platforms.
Complex product₹12,00,000+Real-time features, heavy integrations, multiple roles, high scale.

Market ranges for India, not a quote. Also budget for store fees, backend hosting, and ongoing maintenance — an app is a living product, not a one-time purchase.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Native or cross-platform?

It depends on the app. For most business apps a cross-platform build gives you Android and iOS from one codebase and a faster launch. Where performance or deep device features matter, we go native. We'll recommend the right call for your case.

Do you handle Play Store and App Store submission?

Yes. We take the app all the way through store setup, submission, and review, and help you respond to anything the stores flag.

Can you build the backend too?

Yes. We build the APIs, authentication, and data layer your app needs, typically on the same modern stack we use for web.
